In 2015 Sons’ of Herb established a Scholarship Program for student athletes.

Qualified student athlete is a junior member of the Track and Field Team with a financial hardship as reviewed and approved by the executive board.

The scholarship will cover the cost of one or both lunch and transportation per semester.

Sons’ of Herb first scholarship recipients was awarded in 2015/2016 school year. The first recipient went from having a failing grade due to missing school every other day to being ranked number one in all of the eight grade.

The recipient went on to pass eight subjects at the CXC level and will be sitting for exams at the advanced level soon.

Sons’ of Herb currently has three students on scholarships.
